300ex vs. Scrambler 400 2x4

i say go with the 300, i if i was to get a 400 i would make it an ex!

Alex, I've owned both EX's and can tell you first hand that they're both nice quads, but since you're only 14 and will prbably be ready for something even faster in a few years, I might suggest looking at a Blaster. They can be picked up used for less than 2K and can be hopped up much easyer than a four stroke, if you need a little more oomph later on. They aren't nearly as fast a a Scrambler, but frankly the Polaris is a total pig, except for strait line acceleration. By the time you're sixteen there will be even more full sized sport quads on the market and the prices on used 400EX's & Raptors will be much better too.

im true to honda, go with the 300ex.. i see it as a better all around bike, and much better for a guy your size, i had a 300ex,, it was the best bike i've owned... almost

i owned a sport400L (same thing as a scrambler) it is much much faster then a 300ex, but its not that much of a beast, mine was piped and still i could handle it with n/p. or maybe im just a better rider then y'all? haha jk [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
