I want to buy one of the two quads mentioned below.
Polaris Explorer 400 or Expedition 425
I have tested both on the trail and talked with owners of both.
I like the 5 speed because it is what I am used to riding. The auto is nice for keeping my feet out of the goo. The explorer is fast on top end.
The 4 stroke is much quieter.
And this is how it goes in my head. I like them both equally, but for different reasons.
My use would be mostly pleasure riding.
Some light trailer towing. Every once in a while I like to drag race my friends. Going in the mud is a big part of the choice and I see both as equal in that department. Any comments would be appreciated.
