Default CMP is Hiring in MN!

CMP is currently hiring for a customer service/technical position. Please forward this information to anyone you may know looking for a position in the powersports industry, some dealership experience preferred. We are located 20 minutes north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides industry leading consumer services to Cambridge Metals & Plastics (CMP) Distribution customers and end users and will act as the voice of the customer throughout CMP. Hold the position of being the expert of all technical matters associated with CMP's Powersports Distribution products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports customer service network with tools, process, and information to drive customer satisfaction.
• Respond and follow-up to customer phone calls, emails, letters, orders, returns and faxes to resolve issues.
• Establishes and uses metrics to continually improve and communicate internally consumer satisfaction.
• Acts as a liaison and problem solver between CMP's distribution customers, engineering and product management.
• Responsible for handling technical support questions related to CMP's Powersports Distribution products.
• Manages shipping, delivery, supply and orders for CMP Distribution sales.
• Understands how to navigate the internet and is familiar with social media.
• Assists VP of Business & Product Development in other assignments as needed.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree, technical, or v-tech degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, organizational and communication skills. Strong ability to prioritize and customer service skills, preferably dealer/retail experience. Knowledge of CMP Accessory lines or Powersports also preferred including ATV, UTV Snowmobile and Motorcycle accessories.
• Demonstrates a work ethic that can ensure fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Excel, Word, and PC skills required.
• Must be familiar with internet navigation.


WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Dynamic, high-pressure environment in a standard office setting.
• Light travel, including commercial air and travel to remote outdoor locations may be required.
