Default carb issues loss of hair

i am at the breaking point with this carb when i got motor back together and installed into the bike and fueled up my carb was leaking from the bottom overflow tube at first i thought sticky floats it had been sitting for a year so i gave it some love taps didnt fix it so i tore it apart to find that the fuel hose was rotten and bits of rubber was cloggoing my float needle but still over fills i then adjusted the float a bit and holds fine until i get sideways on the biggest dune out there and it dies this sucked by the way so i readjusted and it only leaks a little when im on the bike or i shake the bike i dont know how to adjust this thing aperently even though ive done it on other models god knows how many time before is there any ideas out there sort of soldering the hole shut can i run a vacume hose off of it and route it up some where please any ideas whould help

The float needle rests in a float body.
This float body has a o-ring near the bottom.
With carb off the quad, remove float assembly.
There is a set screw holding this body in place. Remove screw.
Spray some wd-40 on the outside.
You will need a skinny hook to pull this body out.
Remove o-ring and measure diameter, I think it is 2mm or .080".
Check with auto parts for simular diameter, size or alittle smaller. They stretch.
Or go to a atv dealer.
Replace and add wd-40 again.
Use a circular pressing motion to get the o-ring to start.
Press all the way down and install lock screw.
Replace float assemble, with float at OMR specs.
