Plowed a little snow this morning. Pushed the out button to drop the blade but nothing happen. It will come in with the handle bar and the remote control switch but neither will run it out. I have a CD service manual but it doesn't cover the winch. There has to be a switching relay somewhere. Can someone help? Thanks. Frank

 

I had this same issue with my warn 1500...even with the weight of the plow hanging there the winch would only run in. I took the winch off of the quad and completely tore it down...it had water in the gears that was freezing. I regreased everything and put it back together and have had no issues since. You may also follow all of your wiring back toward the battery and inspect all wiring and connections. Let us know what you find. Good Luck. Mudslinger2
