Default Ds650 baja not starting

Ok guys needs some help asap ready to set this thing on fire..thing would never start valves were tight i adjusted the calves to correct shims on intake n exhaust have plenty of clearance in between cam lobes n shims..problem is i done set tdc about 10 times now its dead on..will not fire one hiccup sprayed gas into carb while cranking n while not all it does is make a loud backfire n some flames come out. Its like valves are tight but there not.idk how it could be firing wrong with it at tdc. I need help asap carn is clean have plenty of spark bright blue.

Timing is dead on.thats wjy im confused not sure what is going on

I have cams top dead center rechecked 5 times re set about 8 times. You mean timing as far as flywheel?

Have you checked to see if the spark is hot enough and what color is it? Should be a bluish color.

Yes have bright blue spark on each coils. Plugs are dry even when i spray gas through intake.

And its backfiring out of the carb? just like a loud pop?

Yes only when i spray gas through intake. With carbed hooked up i dont get no pop or anything.

Yes i cleaned all jets and i have proper gas flow from tank to carb but its either not entering engine or timimg is off somewhere.plugs are dry n still brand new not a hint of gas on them.
