Default Swingarm question?

If you buy an aftermarket swingarm, do you need to buy an axle carrier? Or will the stock one work fine with new gaskets?

NO, you will not need a new axle carrier.

Default Swingarm question?

Who carries the new axle carrier and how much do they run? Saw on Marky-narks site the swingarm I would like to get, but not sure if he has the axle carrier to go along with it.

you DO NOT need a aftermarket axle carrier , unless you go with special aftermarket axles, like Titanium.

BUt just to go with a different swng-arm the stock axel carrier will work fine.

Default Swingarm question?

Ooooooh! that s a good one, It all depends on what kind of riding you do the most of. If you go to the Dunes alot then the extended swing-arm is nice for drag racing, but if you are not a big dragg racer the 45mm is a better choice. Its kindof a catch 22. If you dont get the 45mm you want have the POWER to really take advantage of the extended swing-arm!LOL

I have both the 45mm, and a +4 swing-arm,and I would hate to have to choose between the two. Although I do miss bringing the front up effortlessly.

Default Swingarm question?

I think I should get the swingarm first cause I do mostly drag racing at the dunes. I want to get a +6 because I do plan on getting the sam coe 733 or maybe pami 760 if the price comes down some. I should have the money together for one or the other by the end of the month.

If you plan on getting a big bore like that I would'nt get the 45mm either, just go striaght to the dual 39 fcr's.

a +4 is all you'll need unless you plan on spraying, then you'll need the +6.

Good luck!
