Default Protecting my Pipe from the ground!!!

Hey guys,

Since my Wood pipe is stickin' out behind my stock grab bar, I was wondering if there are any aftermarket grab bars that are lighter, cheap and extend out longer to protect my pipe from wheelies gone bad?

The PRM looks good and is cheap, but does it stick out that far??

Thanks

I think the PRM would be just right for you. When I first got mine, I actually thought it stuck out too far, but now I would never go back to a stock grab bar. I've had several "wheelies gone bad" and my PRM is still in good shape.

In all fairness, I must add that within five hours of my last post in this topic, I had a wheelie go bad and bent my grab bar. Murphy's Law at work.

i don't have pictures of the prms but i have those on both my ds's and they are tuff, and yes they have been tested several times mine has hit about ten times and no signs of damage and the wife has the woods pipe and she has went over twice and no damage, but these have been in the sand very wet hard sand but still sand. her pipe didn't show any sign of damage from that, it did from the hugh jump she didn't make though, although three tires popped of the bead also so maybe it was to much.
