tach and temp gauge in dash
looks good, matches the tach nice.
my bike averages about 195, 205 if I spend alot of time on tight slow trails at low speeds with little wind to blow across the radiator. 205 is the temp the fan comes on. I use regular old antifreeze and water, diluted with freeze protection to 0.
FYI - the red light comes on at 239deg, so whatever gauge you get, make sure it has ample range to tell you what you need to know.

1bigdsrider, its the Autometer 2 1/6" Sport Comp Water Temp guage, #3339 i believe, it cost me about $42 off ebay, but i believe you can get them from Jegs,i used a 2" holesaw to cut the hole in the dash and then used a round file 2 make it fit, i also had 2 take off the thermostat housing and retap the top sensor to 1/4" NPT, i had to use some fittings that i had laying around to raise the sensor up since its longer than the stock one, and then the wiring,
hightower, thanx, i originally wanted the pro comp one but it was 2 large to fit into the dash so i had 2 settle with this, but i'm really happy with how i turned out, now i can just look down 2 c how hot i'm runnin instead of leaning 2 the side

edit: i looked on my cd manual and it says the fan thermostat opens at 205 and closes at 221 and the engine thermostat opens at 185 and closes at 167, i thought there was only one thermostat, or and just not thinking right?
