Hey oldman, i'm a 300' dirt dragger too. What engine mods and suspension mods do you have and what times does it run?

About a month ago i ran a 5.57 @ 54.2 mph with a 1.97 60'. Engine was stock, lidless UNI, 45 pilot, clip in bottom groove, 195 mj, 112 sonoco race fuel (thats why jetting sounds so rich), 3" modded endcap. All shocks removed, 16" on center front struts, 14.5" on rear with wheelie bar and run Maxxis 4-Snow tires.

Is this pretty fast for a DS, or is there still lots of room for improvement? Im the only DS at our track, so the only thing I have to go by are Rappies with similar mods.

A couple of weeks ago I took head off and did some portmatching, got a K&N filter, and a RWR cdi. Havent got to run it since for the rain! How much time do you think these will be worth?

Dave
