Nope the Mach Z's have always been triples (since 1994 for sure) but the Mach 1's use either a 670 Twin or a 700 Triple.
All big bore rotax motors are beasts. And the Arctic Cat fuel-injected twins are as strong or even stronger than the rotax machines.
