Jetjock16, this may be a dumb question, but are you using Water Wetter in the radiator? That might help. Also, I'm a big Amsoil fan and I'd consider going back to the 0w-40. The thinner oil dissipates heat faster and a quality 40 weight synthetic like Amsoil should give plenty of protection unless you're SERIOUSLY bakin' your motor.
