GOT DS763 back from samcoe performance
MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WELL,WELL,WELL after going through most of freshly built 763 [it was re-built because the oil res was clogged and starved the bottom end and tore it up after a different re-build... ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER CARELESS MECHANIC WAS NOT ONLY DYNOING MY BIKE @13:1 with 100 octane in it!!!!! he also was running it with COMPLETELY CLOGGED OIL RES FILTER AND I MEAN COMPLETELY, THERE WAS NOT MUCH OIL IN BOTTOM END BUT ENOUGH TO HOPEFULLY NOT DO DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!luckily I did not JUST THROW A JET IN IT AND RIDE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORD OF THE WISE, IF YOU JUST HAD MOTOR RE BUILT, CLEAN OIL RES FILTER ONCE A WEEK FOR THE FIRST MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now i will dyno and see if THESE things make a difference....UN-F-N BELIEVABLE, have a good day

hey sean,
whats up?
you buyin that jeep or my turbosled?
chris
back to business, if you are going to dyno it again, you should borrow all your friends exhaust systems to see which one is right for your big bore setup and cam and carb selections. maybe try a couple of different gearing options after you get the best motor setup and dont let them tell you they all work the same, just at a different rpm.
And dont cry abou the long drive cause I did it with your bike the first time to drop it off with tony mig driving 51 mph on cruise control while he was talking on the phone. We got a ticket for driving too slowly on the 5 south.

FOR ALL NON BELIEVERS----- after fixing a "profesionals" MISTAKES I CLEARED ALL DEBRI FROM MOTOR and res filter, i put new fuel and ran it for 5 minutes with fan off and it did not break 155 degrees, keep in mind i have entire top end of motor ceramic coated inside and out from cylinder up, i am a firm believer that the cooler a motor run the stronger, the front end is comming up in 5th gear with + 3 swingarm and there is a night and day difference in performance than when i picked it up from samcoe performance, he wonders why the top end fell flat on its face, OH,I WONDER IF NO OIL IN THE PISTON WOULD CAUSE THIS, YES IT WOULD THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME LAST MONTH WITH THIS BIKE, these mechs are JACK @ffs.........................................

Also the motor needs a little time to break in, since the whole thing has been rebuilt. Also put in a cooler heat range plug in it. Put some DR9EA'S in there and that will help temps also. And #1 thing you just don't let your quad sit and idle for three minutes and not expect to see the temps climb, they aren't meant to sit and idle with or without the fan on. My best advice to you is: GO RIDE IT SUCKA!!!!!!!!! And have fun! You will see that after it breaks in it will be AWESOME!! Have fun and let me know how it turns out. I will probably be coming out there this week and I will tell you how good it runs ok? Laterzz

I hope it didn't do any damage already. IT was the brass shavings from when it burnt down last time isn't it? Guess no one thought of cleaning that out. I am sure sam didn't even know that thing was in there. Anyway, glad to here it runs better. Now we will just have to see which one is faster!
