hightower is right head gasket or water pump.

 

I orderd my shaft and seals today... I knew it was head or pump, I just did not want to hear head [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] thats gonna be a pain if I have to rip that off again!!!

Can you email me some pics & info when you get a chance of that weep hole mod you've done? I know of a website where that could be useful information. That and I've never even looked for / at my weep hole (no jokes please) so I wanna understand exactly what this modification does, even though I doubt I will EVER ride through a creek with my DSs here in CA.

 

when mine went like that i pulled the clutch cover and it was loaded with that white stuff, i took a few cans of carb cleaner and worked on getting as much out as possible, i can't believe the mess that stuff makes.
