Is this the death nail to Bombadier?
I just read at the local store this morning in ATV Sport I think. It was saying something about Bombardier Aerospace pulling R&D out of their other departments including ATV's and maybe watersports to try and make up for a 1.3 billion dollars over the next year. They also mentioned that the last two years of low economy spending have realy hurt them. I really hope were not going to see another Cannondale move here. Anybody got any more information on this? If this appears to be true, does this also possibly mean no new models over the next couple to few years. This could really suck guys!

The recreation divsion is being spun off and sold to the original family who owned it. It won't be part of the Bombardier conglomerate any more. Besides the Canadian gov't wouldn't let them go under. They have a history of subsidizing important industries to keep them afloat.

Just my 2 cents.

Even if Bomb's ATV industry does subsidize its ownership to a smaller corporation, there are going to be some major changes in its progress and R&D. I'm sure the smaller corporation if this is true will not have the dollar for dollar hit to compete with the big 4. And I'm sure they would cut back on production. This could really suck!

Does anybody ever read the prior posts on this forum? I think it has been only told a hundred times that the Bombardier Family is buying back the ATV Division. I wouldn't worry about them losing quality or any other silly thing you may be thinking about.
