Changing front sprocket.

Changing front sprocket.
Steps..
1: loosen the 2 rear bold/nuts that close the axle careyer.
2: Removed the 3x 5mm bolts that cover the front srocket.
3: Using a 30mm remove the sprocket bolt. You may want to use an airgun to remove it. It also helps if its in first gear
4: Using a slender shaft or scredriver place it throught the holes in the REAR sprocket hub and incert it into the axle housing.
5: Put the quad in Neutural.
6: Rolling the quad backward will loosen then chain and will allow the front sprocket to SLIDE off with the chain on.
Make sure you pay attention to what side of the sprocket comes off first!!
7: There is a crush washer, some people replace this, I just flatten it out and reuse it. Never had an issue.
8: put the sprocket IN the chain loop and then slide it onto the main shaft.
9: Put the crush washer in and lock that nut down.
10. Tighen the chain to rider weight specs. I use 3/4 slack.
11: tighten the rear housing bolt/nuts down
12: replace your sprocket cover and nuts.
The ENTIRE process takes about 10 minutes.
