Default ds wont run right??? electrical question

Hey i took apart my ds and cleaned it all up and put it back together with the stock parts and tried to start it and it wouldint start... so i though the battery was dead... I tryed to jump it and it will start but as soon as i take the jumper cables off it starts to run like crap and wont rev up it just sits there and puts and bearly stays running but as soon as you put the cables back on it will rev up and run perfect!!!
It still runs like crap when just the ground cable on the jumpers is hooked up the battery still... so its not the ground!!

-Nick
Thanks

Default ds wont run right??? electrical question

well wen my buddy(yellowexracer) originally wanted a quad, he wanted a ds(hes a big guy), and we looked at a used one that they had put a new battery in, but never charged it(dumbass), well the jumped it wit a sled(this was in the winter) and it did the same thing, ran good wit the cables on, but wen they pulled it off, it did the same thing, the left it on the charger and we game back and test drove it, ran fine
