Has any one found aftermarket bars for the DS?? I found out yesterday that the stock bars are quite weak. I let my buddy ride it yesterday and he roled it on it's side. He has offered to pay for the damage (which isn't much) some scrapes on the back plastic and the handle bar got bent. So instead of buying a stock bar I want to get a renthal or other aftermarket. Does anyone have one and do you like it??

 

The last time I had a problem with one of my bikes was when I let someone else ride it. If I came to Utah would you let me ride your DS?

 

Give me break. You arn't even worth my time.
Go find a dealer with a demo I'm sure you can ride that.

 

If you have any buddies with aftermarket bars measure theirs and see if they would suit you.
As long as you don't have an oddball dia stock bar
you could get some other bend Renthal. Or you get some Moose steel bars they are cheap.

You are truely correct here Mr. Computer scientist. The only times I have ever experienced problems with my atv's was when other people (mostly family members) have ridden them.-seized pistons, bent handle bars, cracked plastics.
