well it will take a little money but you can make the ds as fast as most modded banshees, but there is where you hit the wall, it gets very expensive after that wall, i like the ds and with the new mods it is very pleasing to ride race cruise or what ever i want to do, but from here it gets very pricey to get faster. but it is to the point that most banshees are coming up and asking what is going on with mine. it would cost about 3000 to get to that point with a stock machine. it seems it is all about the ride with the ds, most people say it doesn't handle well but, seems that is from people that want to jump on and say how it feels, get a few guys that have rode it for awhile and they seem to do as well as most if not better. i've been watching them for two years now and there always hanging around what ever we choose to ride them in although we never mx, but it just isn't designed for that, although i know some on here say they rock with it there.

 

LOL...no probs I new you were being nice. I also know that no one can tell him what quad is best. They are all great. Thats why we all ride one / them. My next quad will be the yfz depending on what honda does and the others for that matter. But I will always have my DS. It fits me. May not be for everyone. But then we all don't drink the same beer either.
Why would I want a yfz. Because I love ridding quads. Expecially the fast ones. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
