What gearing do you think would be best for 300' drags? I wiegh 290# I have maxxis razer rear tires, Graydon full pipe and I think It's jetted right? I put a 195 main in it. everything else is stock 2003 baja. The drags are on hard packed dirt.

I'm going to an atv rodeo this weekend and don't want my brother and uncle to catch me in that drag!
my bros got a banshee with pipe my uncles got a predator stock. Any tips on tweaking would help.

try 15-42 and maybe a little smaller main jet, loosen the front springs a lot so it is harder for the front to come up.

Thanks sandman! I just wonder what gear you think for my wieght Close to 800LBS. total. Thats hard to make go fast, without spending a ton of $$ on a depreciating value.

 

that gearing works good big or small guy. thinking if you really tinker a lot try those tricks mr horsepower talked about run the regular gas it burns faster than higher octane.oh and make sure your chain has the 7/8 slack whenyou are on the quad. then be sure to get some practice runs in.
