Thanks for all the input. Sounds to me, "No pun intended" that the RWR pipe is the way to go with the supertrapp end cap.
My big concern now is if the pipe diameter will match up. The rest I can handle with little trouble. Love a challenge, so we'll see.
Forest Hill, is located in Maryland. No dunes close to here but plenty of woods, fields, farm land and many of the local Parks do allow ATV's.
I picked up an 02 Quest 650, brand new w/warranty for 3 years for what I thought was a very good price. $5000 O.T.D. It may not be an 03 or 04 model but saving $1000 to $2000 seemed worth it to me. The only real down side to this ATV is it's a fat bastard at 740 lbs.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
