throttle choice, thumb or twist comes into play. quicksilver has 42mm carbs for harley's, which is what the tm's were designed for as well. the quicksilver must use a twist. kehein has a 45mm FCR that is comparable to the TM's, not sure what throttle it requires. Lectron's can use thumb easily but throttle housing must be midified to accomnidate lever travel. the TM can be easily bolted on with pumper activated for hassle free use of twist, but if thumb throttle is used with TM and pumper then spring mods must be performed, they are a little tricky but worth the trial and error hassles.

Keep in mind also that the Lectron will not clear an IMS 5 gal. tank, the TM 45 will, but just barely. With the Lectron, you would have to utilize the stock fuel tank spacers with the IMS & this puts about a one inch gap between your seat & tank, VERY UGLY! The 45 requires the spacers, but they can be cut to half-size, resulting in only a 1/2 inch space between seat & tank. Still ugly...

I just installed a TM42 on mine (thanks Mudstud) and i like it so far. Plenty of low end and a wide range of adjustments. W/O pump activated, it has a momentary hesitstion when you wack it wide open below3500 rpms but who does that. If I ride it like normal I never get a hesitation.
On the plus side, it is much mere responsive, a little quicker revving, and easily adjustable. I actually have mere trouble with tire spin now but that will take some getting used to. I'll have to wait for the dune trip before I can notice a real power improvement.
Dues season is just around the corner
