has anybody found a source for the flywheel puller, besides the dealer? My local dealer deoesn't carry Bomb ATV's any longer and can't order parts either. I found a place in The UK that supposedly has them ( cartool) but I think you have to be a dealer to order. The puller I believe has 37 or 38 mm internal threads with a 1.5mm pitch- if anybody has a source please let me know

Our builder guy here in Sac. makes them. (I think he made one for Jeff - you can ask him how it works.) He also made a valve spring compressor tool.

Curtis, Ron Woods has the puller. It is one they had made up. It works real well but I recommend you heat up the Mag with a Propane torch so the loctite on the shaft loosens up. If you don't you are liable to strip the threads on the puller.

 

YA, I hear ya Punisher- it is a tight bugger to get off, been there a coupla times already, I think it's time to get my own tool! Thanks to everyone that has sent me info.
