Default that end cap..

I have the one from on dunes. Im not at home to measure it but its the same width as the screen that holds in the fiberglass packing.

I opted to go with two 1.25" tubing instead of one 2.5"- 3" hole. Two 1.25" holes flow like a 2.75" hole.

The 1.25" tubing is cut to 5.5" -- with 2.5" extending outside the exhaust. This was done to quiet the bike down a tad.

I know its not the best high HP mod, but it sounds great, runs good and to me, looks better than a 3" hole on the exhaust.

Those end caps from On Dunes work pretty darn good. They're louder but not as loud as some of the louder Raptor pipes.

My buddy has one on his DS and it works good. I just have to talk him into jetting his bike now because it's not nearly making as much power as it should. He noticed a big increase in bottom end performance just bolting it on but the top end will benefit from the jetting increase.

I'm also working on his stock end cap a little and seeing what I can come up with to mod that a little. Should keep it quiet but still give noticeable gains.
