Default ebay CDI

they have some pretty cheap CDI boxes on ebay that claim to add power and increase the rev limit 1000 RMP... would this be worth getting or is that something that I would be better off getting from a big name company.. I just cant see spending 290 bucks on a CDI..

They look like the new ones from Big Gun. They my be rejects or stolen

Its not stolen. But like the EBAY description says, it was a prototype and the curve was too advanced for production. The production units are selling for around $230 at various places on the web. Its not a bad deal if you want to race with it - probably not good for idle or trail riding... IHMO [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

hey, there's a cheap one on the classifieds page under the motor section, its a woods for a $100, i think thats pretty cheap

his b-day was last month, and i was going to, but my mom would not let me barow $20, so i got him a set of front wheels, from Daren420

This is where the CDI's are coming from: Procom Engineering

Click on the link, then select the products tab at the top, the CDI's are all listed.

I e-mailed the guy and he was an A$$... below is the e-mail

This is when I looked at the e-mail address he was using and looked up their company. Then I decided against the CDI.
