Ok...im getting fire...im getting gas...timings perfect...but it still wont freaking run!!it turns over with ease and everything!!but its POURING ALKY out of the exhaust!????i went and bought some new plugs and put em in..still doing the same thing!???could someone give me some advice!???

Sounds like the float in the carb is sticking. If Alky is running out of the exhaust, its WAAAAYYYYYY too rich! Pull the carb off and check the needle and seat. Alky has a habit of causing ALOT of corosion(due to its nasty habit of absorbing moisture).

well...i guess i could go pull the carb off and check the float AGAIN but it seems to not be stopped up..:S

 

id make sure the fuel can be stopped by the floats

 

i dunno what to do!but when i get this carb thing worked out im going to trade my stage 3 for another 400ex..or another quad..more than likely!

PushinTheLimit..no not b/c of the carb problem..for one i am getting into motocross and i have a 440ex that i always ride and i could care less about my ds anymore..it is not near as fun..but if anyone is interested in my ds just pm me!!i will not part it out though..
