You can also get Lectrons from Joe at Precsion Porting, (209)931-3349, or Packard. I got mine from Joe, set up for my bike, on meth, cable, filter, and Outwear for $400. It was a little more than I could have paid, but he just had more "want to", to help me on the Raptor.
I had to do some serious shaping of my tank to get the top pull of the carb to clear. I don't think it tool away much of the volume of the tank and was pretty easy to do. I just used a heat gun to heat the tank, and then shaped it with a (ok no laughs) ice cream scooper. I think you could probably do the same thing to the IMS tank without any problems.

(AZSAND) I missed where I stated that only one person could tune a lectron carb or that there was only 1 place to get them from. I just stated IMO what I would go with, I didn't talk negative about other forum members post on this subject. JMO "Lectron 46HV" =MoRe.Horsepower

Thats what i thought about doing ward. Is heating the tank but the Ims is so thick i don't know if it will move !!
and if i could move it just a quarter of an inch then i would be in heavan. Becase my tank would lay flat without spacers!! And some one said the 46hv is coustom set up for the ds with lefthand fuel delivery ?????? Is there a right hand fuel delivery???? if there is while ordering a set to do duals on a ds you should order one left and one right. because i had to machine a new fuel delivery tube for my righthand carb it was to close to the left carb to get a fuel line on but none the less it's done. And my air system is out of this world kenz cycle tech gave me the idea for my air handling system
PS: ward that is a awesome price for all you get !!
I paid 834 for two 44mm with a extra power jet in each and a costum banshee stainless cable with adjustable heads and dual yankers

I have never seen the IMS tank up close. The Raptor's tank is pretty thick and it worked great. I can't see it hurting to try, just purge the tank out before you crank up the heat gun. I heated mine up in a fairly large area and then pushed it in, but I also had to go in about 1.5 inches.
good luck.
