Default Buying a DS650

What are things that I need to look for on this quad. I am going to look at a 2001. Any problems with this year?

Thanks in advance.

chain roller and the fan on the radiator. 30 or less for a good roller. fan isn't always needed but there like a 100 to replace

Default Buying a DS650

Thanks Sandman!! I really just wanted to make sure before I shell out some money. Do you know of any dealers that have any baja's from 03 leftover? Looked on Ebay, but I really don't want to let my money get that far away. I found a used one in Burlingham Wa. for 5999.00.

I think that it is a little much. KBB says 5650 for retail on an 03 baja. This is a used machine. Trade in is 4050. Doesn't really matter how many hours it has, it is used. Plus you can buy a new X for 6500.

Just kinda runnin things thru my head. My wife thinks that I am throwing my money out the door, but I keep telling her that I will buy what I want to buy. I have owned a Warrior, and have ridden a few Banshee's. I am not the totally agro, huck off a cliff type rider. I love Florence, fire roads, and trails. Plus I think my back will like the gobs of suspension. The warrior really gives the kidneys a workout.
