Weld-in rings

Weld-in rings
Where can you get them? I was going to put a set of ITP baja rims on my quad but they only come for the rear. I was going to get weld in rings that matched to put in a set for the front. I know that you can only put a ring on the outside of the front, but it is just for looks anyway. Any help would be appreciated.
