Thanks for the help guys. At this point I think I'll wait to see the 450R before I make any changes. That is, unless I find a sweet deal on something else.

Where do you get an ez-pull clutch handle that fits the DS650 clutch lever with clutch switch? I had to put in much stiffer springs than PAMI and the pull is getting tougher.

ScoobyDFW...

I just ordered one from Rocky Mountain ATV. Asked for one to fit the DS650... a couple days later it was at my door and I installed it. I'll send you a pic of it if you want to see.

I just got the number off of maguras website and called them.

The guy was very helpful and sent out the kit right away.

Installation was a snap.

Be careful that you put some red locktite on the cap that screws on to the end of the cable.

Mine unscrewed itself out in the middle of BFE.

Also if you can afford it, get the stranded cable.

Gaskett,

Have you had any problems with it? I e-mailed Magura and they said they were making a DS650 specific kit. I forget what they had to add on to it. I agree. DS has a heavy clutch lever pull and adding a mandatory stiffer springs will only worsen it. Yeah you can get used to it, but why should we? If there is an option to soften it up by all means do so.
