Hightower, MRHP and I probably all agree with you. There is NO carb that should hesitate off the line. PERIOD. Did you buy your TM45 from Ron Wood Racing or a dealer?

what's all these thumb throttle problems, I run my Mikuni HSR48 with pump and all stock springs on throttle body with no hard pull at all, better look at re-routing your throttle cable and get all the hard turns and kinks out of it and it pulls fine with a thumb throttle, just my chicken barn tech. 02 cents
