Left Exhaust

Right Exhaust
.076 mm (0.003)
Left Intake
.102 mm (0.004)
Right Intake
.064 mm (0.0025)
What do you guys think?
And by left, I mean the closest to the timing gears.

Don't know about it being normal or not. Mine seemed to always tighten up on the intakes only when i had the stock valves. And yes it needs attention or you may burn a valve if it goes un corrected for long. They will only get worse.

If you already have your motor far enough apart to check the valves, it's not that much more to change out the shims. Just take the shims out and place each one in a bag and mark where it came from, LF, RF, LR, RR or whatever. Then go to a BMW dealer or a Bombardier dealer and have them check which size each is if you don't know already and get whatever the difference is that you need. If they mic out at 2.45 and it needs to be .05 thicker, get the 2.50 and put it in. Then for the next time you will know what shim size you have in there already so when you check the valves you will know what size you need to go get.
