I have a Mikuni Tm-45 for sale. I have only ran it for 1-2 hours trying to get it set-up. I'm tired of messing with so best offer gets it or i will put on ebay on thanksgiving weekend. Comes with the throttle cable for thumb throttle and intake boot, Its ready to install just needs some fine tuning. I couldnt get the bottom end bog out. BTW the accellerator pump is supposed to be activated

The excellerator pump is what you need to get rid of the bog. Point it towards the needle.

The excellerator pump needs to be activated and working. You also need to point the nozzle towards the center of the needle for it to work it's best. I wouldn't give up on it yet. It's a big improvement when working right. Maybe some Bomb guys will chime in and explain how to set it up etc.

Yup just like Dave says. You need to point the pump nozzle at the center of the needle. This will break up the solid streem of fuel that it squirts. Pull your air filter off if your running the carb mount filter and take a look as you give it throttle to see what I mean. You also prolly ahve the wrong size pump nozzle. You need a #50. But to get by until you get the #50 You can adjust the duration of the squirt with the screw that is on the top of the carb. This screw is very small and screws in up aginst the white plastic peice. Screw it in until it is about 1/8" into the hole it sets in. The beginning of the fuel squir can be adjusted as well. This screw is just to the right of the top of the pump rod. It adjusts the distance from the white plastic peice to the rod. You need a gap about the size of a nickle or a little more. About 5/16 of an inch.
