Rule of thumb! Never use a Ft. Lbs torque wrench to due an Inch lbs. wrenches job.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

A pressure gauge, thermometer and torque wrenches are not accurate at their low end or their high end. They are most accurate in the middle.

Knocking sound from head!

the head isn't that hard i'd be careful going over torque specs on anything is that area.
