Smoking a little!
#1
I am finished breaking in my stage two kit and am still getting a little smoke at low rpm's. I mainly happens if im going slow and them give it little gas, It does not do it as much at higher rpm's. I changed the pilot jet from a 35 to a 30 because the 35 would not bog until 8 turns out, the 30 is in the middle at exactly two turns out Bogs at 1 turn both in and out. Should I mess with the needle or clips. What should I do. The main and needle are stock set up from woods on tm45. Oh yea, the pump is activated #1 screw set for nickle gap between rod and white plastic and #2 screw is about 1/8 in under carb top.

pilot sounds about right for using pump. pump will not work idealy with pilot larger than ~30-32.5.
sounds like accelerator pump added too much fuel. i assume you're using a small #50 pump nozzle? if not use a #50 or #60. the pump stroke may need adjusting. all you want is a short squirt set to start as early as possible (without stalling the motor), then continue squirting for a only a small throttle opening, less than 1/4 throttle, maybe 1/8.
one way to adjust/tune: (requires free flowing exhaust and free flowing air filter setup)
First tune your pilot (critical).
Second set your main jet and needle position roughly where you think they need to be.
Third: set the pump start as early as possible as mentioned above (with some stroke enabled).
Fourth: set the stroke to zero or near zero. wack throttle fully open instantly and notice bog. start increasing stroke from zero in very small steps until bog goes away, then stop. any more stroke will produce smoke.
Fifth: fine tune needle position for crisp midrange acceleration.
Sixth: fine tune main jet for WOT.
If needed, repeat extra fine tuning pump stroke, needle position, main jet.
(Warning, the air filter greatly affects this tuning. If air filter gets dirty from a day or two of riding, the jetting will be off until you clean air filter)
