Has anyone cleaned the screen in the tank, Im getting redy to run alky and was going to take the pepcock off to check the screen. Is it worth it or just leave it alone. I was also going to use a in-line filter for extra protection what do you recomend. I used to use a small clear filter with a stone inside on my two stroke and it worked great, is there anything better?

 

well i havent checked my petcock screen but i did find some really cool billet alum. fuel filters through Barrnet like the cluthes. they were like 10.00 and then like 5.00 for s&h. plus they come in a varity of colors.

 

others have modified or switched petcocks when running alcohol to ensure enough flow to carb.

 

I have heard of drilling the petcock, how buch bigger does it have to be, and what do you drill?
