For this time let's keep it in Utah. . .

I'ld like to see someone tha knows the area take charge on it though. . . where to camp, etc.

Will any of the Moderator's step in and get some involvement from ATV Connection?

I too would like to get to St. A's. . . Sounds like a good place to go to in 2005!

If you are going to drive that far you may as well go and have it at St. A's!

St A's rock, the only problem with St. A is there is limited camping and you cant just go camp out on the dunes if you want to.

This is going to sound a little harsh but,

We can battle about the location and the thing won't happen or we go with Utah this year and then St. A's next year (2005).

I too want to go to St. A's but, lets try Utah first then St. A's ???

Utah (from what I've heard) has a good comp hill and if we are looking for a gathering where we can all race as well as dune this may be a good choice.

Sure would be nice to have another place where all the fast quads gather to shoot the hill and see who is fastest!

Do you think the Sparks guys would make the drive?

Perfect Location.
When it goes down you will all be thanking Duneme for setting this up. You have the baddest hill in the country, you can drive a Caddilac right up to the hill, they don't care how loud you are, you can stay at the hill with thousands of people, with full faciclities (dry camping however, but plumbed crappers), did I mention the hill? It can be a full on party there, no quiet time, we can drag race all night if we want to. We can also camp at Oasis , where they have trees and shade, still have plumbed crappers, and only a 20 min ride to the mountain, all in the dunes.
I would imagine that we would have two camps, one for late nighters, and one over at Oasis for families ect.
The mountian camping has 3 loops, paved, and you turn off any where and drive into the sand and park, you can park right off the paved, so no airing down is necessary (I have seen many Tractor Trailers in there). This facility can fit all that want to come, EASY.
Oasis had the same type 3 loop set up as well, but these have all paved, with picnic benches, fire pits, bathrooms, trees, its nice over there. Quiet time is at 10:00 pm, it about .5 mile off the dunes, but just a very short little trail ride ( you have no probs w/ pddles). I bet you can hold about 40-50 + rigs in there, probably more.
Delta is about 25 miles, but its a pretty small town, but they do have a pretty decent shop for parts, a few decent resturants, and a few hotels. They also have a very nice MX track( its super quad friendly, no doubles or big whoops).
Colombus would be fine, but if there is a cold front that weekend, it will be cold as hell. But you can;t plan for that, so thats what I say. If a hot streak comes through in June its over 100 easy, so I would rather risk to the cold side.
Let me know if I can do anything or help anybody w/ any info.
ITS ON!

Count me in. I'll even brew a big ol' batch of beer specially for the trip we can all (of age) work on after the ride.

seems like anywhere with sand is too far for me. 2300 Miles

We should have something else on the east coast. Like H&M I guess, thats only 9 hours from me.
