WOW what a difference i Had to turn the mixture screw almost full open till it started running good but when it did WOW.
I actualy hit the rev limiter for the first time on 5th pretty quick now its really turning and burning!
I can jerk it up in third gear no problem now to overall Im givin some props to K&N for making a heck of a jet kit!
Next up CDI, Radiator Shrouds, and Gears and Ill be good to go!
As for the sprockets what do you suggest? I want a little more top speed without sacrificing my torque any thoughts?
Thanks as Always

It sure is a great feeling when you get the DS running good and you know you fixed it yourself. Tuning carbs can be a hastle, but after you get familiar with the carb it isnt so bad. Its gotten really cold here in the up and my DS needs to be rejetted but I dont want to bother with the stock carb since Im going to be installing a different one after X-mas.
Your next up stuff is the same exact as mine, hopefully I have them by the time it warms up here.
RockyMountainATV sells a wide assortment of sprockets for the DS at a pretty cheap price. You could go larger in the front or smaller in the rear. Keep in mind, going one tooth bigger in the front is just about the same as going 3 teeth smaller in the rear. I have havent changed sprockets but Im sure someone else can fill you in more about this.
