My dealer. I get a 10% disc. and free shipping. Even at full cost plus shipping, it should be way cheaper than $115. As far as adjustment goes, you could weld a nut on the frame and then use just a screw attached to the light and just screw it back and forth. Just a thought.

Finally decided to do the install today. I have a bunch of pictures of everything I did. There are some gromets that should be ordered with the lights and bracket to get everything to install easy. I also used male wire connectors to make the connection between the old style light connector and the new style one. When I get back from 4SW's I'll try to post the pictures.

Does anyone have a web site to post instructions / pictures these days? I know Buttfungus had some of these but, I think someone else was going to take over his info.

Hey, just put in a new style headlight in my '03 Baja. You can look at my pics page and see some closeups of the install. It was very easy. All the thanks has to go to ds650uk for getting the part #'s on a previous thread. The install goes as follows.

Remove old headlight keeping all hardware and rubber grommets.
Install the two new brackets on the new headlight
connect wiring- I just used short pieces of wire with male spade terminals on both ends and siliconed them into the plugs
Install headlight on quad. It uses the same bolts that the old headlight uses
There is a plastic cover that needs to be installed on the nose plastic
There are two small holes that need to be drilled into the plastic. The location can be seen on the bottom of the plastic. Just hold the trim piece up to the nose plastic and then flip it over and you will see where the holes are supposed to be.
Put the nose plastic on

It really was easy. Have a look and tell me what you think.

Part #'s
Headlight 705000805
Trim cover black 705000806
Trim cover yellow 705000986
Trim cover orange 705000871
Mounting bracket 705000904
Mounting bracket 705000905

p.s. I won't be back until sunday night, so I won't be able to answer any questions till then.

you had to cut the original headlight plug?....if so did you just double the connections??

Draforus, no I did not cut the plug. I just just spade terminals at both ends of short pieces of wire and connected the old plug and new headlight.

I think he got his through his local dealer like I did. It was only $66 for me from my local dealer. If you guys only knew the mark up on this stuff. If you bought your quad from a dealer make them give you a good deal on parts. Mine is 10-20% off and shipped to my door for free.
