The rear fenders have broken apart from the black foot protectors without any impact or rolling of the DS. Then one of the metal support bars for the black plastic foot protector just snapped without any impact, just from vibration. Then when I landed from a jump the black plastic foot protector got caught in the rear tire destroying it.

You need to be a test rider for Dirt-Wheels....Your DS must have been made on a Friday when everyone was ready to go drinkin. I don't know what to say except, it sounds like you got a lemon. Can you use the Lemon Law? Return that sucker!
