O.K. guys I live in southwest Louisiana & the price that I'm getting for a Baja X is 6800.00. Does anyone have a better price?

 

Thats not to bad, depending on the tax rate. Dealer cost after freight and reasonable setup is about $6000. Add sales tax to that and the dealer has to make something or he doesn't stay in business long.

 

I gave 6390 or so OTD for my 04 X. I got mine from MARK IV in Wytheville VA. Awsome to work with. Had it out front and ready to go when I got there to sign up.

thats not a " buy it now" price on that ebay x. that is a "starting bid" price. might not meet the reserve. if there is one.

 

You guys back east have it easy. I don't think you could pick up an 04 Baja X for under 7,000 OTD in California. But hey everything costs more in this wonderful state (sarcasm) we live in.

 

My next door neighbor just bought the std Baja for $5600 shipped to Az from Ohio.
Online purchase from some dealership.
I dont know how much the X costs over the standard Baja, but good deals can be found.

I got my 2004 baja for $6700 OTD in Sacremento, Ca.

 

Wait until he has to pay the Az state tax when he registers it. With the tax and shipping, he could probably get it the same price.

I got my 2004 DS650 Baja X OTD for a little less then $7000 at a new dealership in Fountain Hills, Az. They have several more Bajas there. The down side is the higher sales tax, butthey are more motivated then the the established shops.
