Just a correction ... Ron Wood does not do Big Bore kits for the Rotax/DS650 motor. They do performance parts for the DS, but not big bore

Well got my DS650 jeted about right today.
Ended up with 165main
Needle 97 on clip #4
pilot 40
With snorkle (Tube from CARB. to air cleaner)
Air box removed
3000 foot ELV. (Mojave CA.)
Temp about 55 degrees (Rough estimate there)

I run a White Brother R4 Exhaust with spark arrester, White Brothers air cleaner, TM45 carb, Ron Woods ported intake, and Ron Woods CDI box.
Going to run out to Dumont tomorrow and see how it feels, to get the jeting a little better. (Have a good feel of comp hill, with old setup so I should be able to get a good feel for where I need to adjust)

Thank you for posting your final setings of the TM45 carb (beleive it are not it helped me alot) Great work and Thank You again!

seems pami and tvi are the big bore guys, trinity was playing with the 720 bore but they always put it on the back shelf. ds isn't a popular model by them

please post HP & torque dyno charts with clear RPM and HP/Torque axis. i'm curious about the torque/HP relationship - stock made more HP than ft-lbs, but with the mods the HP and ft-lbs were closer. also, previous year stock DS dynos showed HP and ft-lbs closer.

what gear were the pulls done in?

Dyno sheet are soon to be posted. Been very busy and haven't hardly had time to read the forum. We have a pile of paper from the dyno, just trying to decide how to use the fewest sheets and tell the most info.
