Cutting Fenders!!!

Cutting Fenders!!!
Tape
Sharpie (if you don't follow a line in the plastic like i did)
Jig saw (anyblade will work)
Sand paper/ fine file
Torch (yes, torch)
After all said and done... doing it like most of you, taping the plastic, marking my line, and cutting with the jig saw... I found sanding it a bit to smooth or round the plastic a tad and/or using the file to take off high spots if you're not too good with a jig saw.....
THEN, a small pencil torch!! Yes, you heat the edges so slightly they'll just start to melt. And form a nice round smooth edge to your plastic... almost better than stock. The trick is to not get the edges tooo hot. But hot enough where they melt, and smooth out. And start from one end... and work to the other, all the while aiming the pencil torch into your work.
Looks trick when done. As I'm sure most all of you knew this.
And those IMS Roll Design pegs - Got 'em!! W/kick ups.
(since the stock ones bent after coming off a large dune jump - sorry, no pictures)
