Default Sand Hills Resort @ St. Anthony for sale

Talk about a cool place, that would be an awesome place to own. Could take the nick name from sand hell resort back to sand hills. I believe their price is around 700-800k and even a possible group purchase. Hmmm, we get 100 people to buy into it and have it as a private resort all to ourselves and at a cost of 7k-8k or less per owner and a couple hundred dollar a year maintence/general fund cost. Possible but not probable.

Yes, the price has been lowered. On glamisonline.org under the st. anthony forum someone posted they talked to the realtor and said they would take a 700k offer and that was in mid january so possibly even lower now. I think thats a bargain, now only if i had 700k laying around, lol. I wonder if it would be possible to get a group buy together. I would be all for it, thats for sure and i have atleast 3 friends that would do it too. 100 at 600k is only $6000 and figure $500 a year for expenses(maintenece, taxes, utilites, etc) it would be pretty sweet and its value would do nothing but go up.
