I was reading the thread on how big everyone is and I am not alone. Where do you guys find gear? The only place I have found that carries big stuff was phatcatt, but they went out of business. I am planning on riding harescrambles here this year and need a couple jerseys, pants, and chest protector. Thanks for the help.

My biggest advantage is that some of the races are where I ride all the time and will get lots of practice. I won't win, but it will be fun and at least I am sticking with the best and not going green.

Somebody needs to make riding boots for big guys. Or am I just looking in the wrong places?

my problem is head size. its bigger than the tape that has helmet sizes. I use a tripple x with cheek guards out. it is some times reffered to as bulbas by my coworkers.

I just picked up a set of Thor Static Pants. They come pretty large. I wear a 40 waist and they had even larger sizes available. Its not on their web, but call them or email and ask for their spring 04 Static catalog. They fit great and the pants unzip at the knees for summer. Have fun.

I was able to squeeze into some AlpineStar Tech 6's (size 16). I wear 17 - 18 depending on the shoes. I believe that they are the only boot Manufacturer that goes above 15.

good Luck
