How is the thumb throttle effort? How did you route your cable?

It doesnt feel any harder than the stock to push it. I ran the cable underneath the gas tank and up through the hole next to the stearing stem. Then back out towards the clutch side and back over to the thumb throttle.

Mine got here today. I've got it installed, though now I've got to make the IMS tank work with it. Looks like I'm going to have to heat up the tank just a little & bend some plastic out of the way. Other than that, the pull is a little stiffer than stock, but the thumb throttle is so nice I think it will make up for that. It's certainly not stiff enough to bother anyone. If you rate the tension on the stocker at a 5, this would be a 6, perhaps a 7. This carburetor is a thing of beauty, I'm going to feel bad getting it dirty - but I'll enjoy the heck out of doing it!

I think the pull on my lectron 48 is as easy as stock. IMO ( Its a twist throttle though )
