ASR is now selling their arms with the teflon coated heim end joints. This takes care of the slop that was mentioned previously. I have them on my 400EX, they've taken quite a pounding, and are still tight. Every arm on the market will have it's ends wear out eventually. MAINTENANCE is key on any part, no matter who builds it, or what it is. It'll cost around $20.00 to replace my heim ends when the time does come, so it's not like it's gonna break the bank. As far as weight, I want heavy duty chromoly for my DS. With the combined weight of my bike, plus my 270lbs, a aluminum a-arm, even an upper one would scare the life out of me. I watched a buddy of mine come close to death right in front of me in a motox race, when his Raptors left upper a-arm bit the dust in a gnarly whoop section. It wasn't pretty...at all.
As far as replacement ends, I have a few desert race shops around Tucson I can go to. I'd suggest looking into something similar in your own town.

Ill know more today but I think it leaned out and put a hole in the piston. The air box was full of oil and it has no compression

I thought my bike rode well until I put new arms on it now it turns and doesn’t dart at high speeds
