THat piston is actually a 105.5 mm bore piston and that .040 Base gasket you have is so you don't smack your head. i thought he 0.040" mls was the head gasket. punisher i gotta talk to you about some stuff sometime regarding this cylinder and head.

 

I think the head gasket is .053 thick.
