Default 16:1 Piston for the Alcoholics

two base gaskets? that is a much better idea, how much can you change things like that without doing anything to cam timing?

i've run with a few others that have worked the degree on there cams and it made a hugh difference

just to clear things up .... the 14:1 piston does not run two head gaskets ..... it run's two base gaskets . [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Bartlett,

Do you have adjustable cam sprockets??? If so where did you get them.

Hey BartlettRacing, or anybody else, have you seen any dyno runs between a "true" 14 to 1 and a "true" 16 to 1? Just wondered if there was any power difference between the two, and if so how much?

From what I can gather it should be about 2.5% per point of increase.
