Default Back tires for a Rally

I was wondering if anybody has put bigger tires on the back of their Rally, and if there were any negative effects.
I was thinking of 24" or 25" Mud Lites. I am sure I would need the sprocket and chain changed.

A guy I met on a poker run, he had Mud Lites on the front of his Rally. I looked up the Lites and they had no 7" rim tires.
Can you get a bigger rim to fit the Rally? Lites do come in 8" rim sizes.

Any help would be appreciated.

"Outlandish" , I read in a thread you wrote about 6 months ago that you shimmed out your front tires so they would fit.
How did you do that?
Is there a kit? Did you just put some washers behind your rim? Are the studs long enough to do this?
Please let me know.
